Raspberry Sorbet

Hi Everyone,

I have just purchased the Bellini Intelli and have been have loads of cooking fun!
The Intelli didn't come with a recipe book (Bellini removed all of them from the boxes as they were miss printed,  I will be receiving one in the mail) so I have been trying some from the Thermomix website.
There is one thing I have found to be a problem with the Intelli, the base keeps getting burnt after cooking. Tonight I mad mashed potato (which turned out great) and the base got pretty burnt, I decided to spray the base with oven cleaner (left for a few mins) this saved a lot of elbow grease and the base came up like new.

The first recipe I made was Raspberry Sorbet, this turned out fantastic.

Ingredients:
Raw Sugar   - 150g
Frozen Raspberries - 300g
Egg White - 1
Ice - 700g

Mill Raw sugar Speed 9 for 10secs
Add Egg White and Raspberries speed 6 for 10 secs
Then gradually add ice on speed 9 you will need to use the spatular to help grind up the ice
I just set the timer to 2 mins and grind away checking now and then if the ice is fully chopped.
